Returns & Refunds
To protect your shopping rights and allow you to purchase footwear and apparel with confidence, we have formulated the following return and refund policy, which applies to all regular-priced and promotional footwear and apparel products purchased on this site, excluding customized products.
- Return Application Conditions: Within 30 days of receiving the product, if the product is in a brand-new unused state, with no wear, stains or deformation on the shoe upper and clothing, complete hang tags, shoe boxes and packaging accessories without loss, and does not affect secondary sales, you can apply for a return or exchange; if the product has quality problems (such as glue opening, thread breakage, wrong size marking, fabric damage, etc.), there is no time limit for use, and you can apply for a return or exchange with photo or video evidence.
- Return Application Process: Contact online customer service, provide the order number, product photos/videos and the reason for return or exchange. After the customer service reviews and approves, we will send you the return address and return instructions; you need to send the product within 7 business days and inform the customer service of the logistics tracking number, otherwise the return application will be deemed abandoned.
- Return Shipping Fee Instructions: For returns and exchanges caused by product quality problems, the round-trip shipping fees shall be borne by us; for returns and exchanges caused by personal reasons (such as inappropriate size, dislike of style), the return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer, and the shipping fee for re-delivery shall be charged in accordance with our delivery policy.
- Refund Rules: After the returned product is received and inspected qualified by us, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be returned to the account used for payment in the original way. The arrival time is subject to the processing rules of the payment platform, generally 1-7 business days.
- Non-returnable Situations: Loss of hang tags, shoe boxes and other accessories; the product has been used, cleaned or modified, with wear, stains and other conditions affecting secondary sales; product problems caused by improper storage or man-made damage by the buyer; products clearly marked as non-returnable and non-exchangeable in promotional activities (except for quality problems).
- Exchange Instructions: Exchange is only supported for the same style and specification of the product. If the same style is out of stock, a refund will be processed for you, and cross-style and cross-size exchange is not supported.
