  1. Order Processing: All in-stock orders will be processed and prepared within 1-2 business days after successful payment. During promotional activities and holidays, order processing time will be extended to 3 business days. We will arrange delivery as soon as possible, and you can check the logistics progress in real time in the order center.
  2. Delivery Scope: Currently, our delivery covers [your target regions, e.g., the entire US/major European countries/most regions worldwide]. Delivery is not supported in some remote areas. You can confirm whether the delivery address is within the service scope on the shopping cart page before placing an order.
  3. Delivery Time: After shipment, the standard delivery time for in-stock orders is [3-7] business days, and the expedited delivery time is [1-3] business days. The time is calculated from the date of logistics pick-up, excluding customs clearance time (for international delivery). The delivery time for remote areas will be extended accordingly.
  4. Delivery Fee: Free standard delivery is available for all orders. The delivery fee will be calculated automatically at checkout.
  5. Logistics Inquiry: After the order is shipped, we will send the logistics tracking number and inquiry link to you via email. You can also inquire in the My Orders section of the independent store. If the logistics information is not updated for more than 48 hours, you can contact our customer service for assistance.
  6. Notes: Please ensure that the recipient's name, address, phone number and other information filled in when placing an order are accurate. The buyer shall bear the corresponding fees for package return or loss caused by incorrect information; the buyer shall bear the customs duties, value-added tax and other fees for international delivery, and we will do our best to assist in providing the information required for customs clearance.
